Learn, Breathe, Move, Nourish, Connect
Holistic care. Delivered with kindness. Backed by science.
Your 8-week program is designed to prepare and support you before and after surgery for suspected or confirmed endometriosis. It brings together pelvic health physiotherapists, gynaecologists, pain physios, psychologists, dietitians and nurses—all with endometriosis expertise.
Instead of navigating long waitlists or costly appointments, you’ll receive expert guidance on what to expect, how to prepare your body and mind, what to eat, how to manage stress, and how to cope if you don’t receive a diagnosis.
The program is built around five key pillars:
Ease — Understand your body, your pain, and your surgical journey
Nourish — Gut-friendly, anti-inflammatory nutrition support and recipes
Move — Gentle, endo-informed yoga, Pilates, and mobility sessions
Rest — Mindfulness tools, sleep strategies, and nervous system care
Connect — Weekly group calls, community threads, and shared lived experience
Everything is available in video, audio, and written formats, so you can learn at your own pace—and revisit when you need it most. It’s like having your dream care team on call.

The cost of the program during our Pilot Trial is only A$249. It's a one off cost that includes the whole 8 week program (4 weeks pre-surgery, 4 weeks post-surgery), and gives you access to content for 12 months!

We completely understand—endometriosis can be a costly and exhausting condition to manage, and we never want to add to that strain. Our long-term vision is for access to Matilda to be fully covered by government, insurers, or employers so that people living with endo aren’t left footing the bill.
Matilda is built on the current standard of care for endometriosis, and we know it works. But to secure broader funding and coverage, we need to go the extra mile to demonstrate just how valuable and impactful this model is in practice. That means collecting real-world data to back what we’re doing—which takes time and resources.
At this stage, we’re fortunate to receive a few grants that help keep our operations running, but we haven’t yet secured funding that allows us to offer Matilda at no cost. We’re actively working on this and welcome collaboration from individuals, organisations, and advocates who share our mission.

That's okay, the program is designed around 4 weeks as this was the most common time Gynaecologists reported they had before operating.
However, you get access to all the content at once, so if you have more or less time before your surgery, you can go through it at your own pace. -
Matilda has been co-designed by people with endometriosis and specialised clinicians to ensure we created a solution that solves real people’s problems. We hav run two co-design workshops for the surgery optimisation program and continue to have regular catchups with our amazing lived-experience advisory group.
Additionally, we're aligned with many clinical practice guidelines, like the RANZCOG Australian Clinical Practice Guidelines for the diagnosis and management of endometriosis. -
